Shared Resources
Every Accelerator company has access to over 12,000 square feet of shared resources. We want our companies to focus on technology commercialization and product development, so we have designed these resources to support these unique needs. We offer five meeting rooms, instrumentation rooms, copiers / printers, kitchen facilities, equipment storage rooms, tissue culture room, hot and cold rooms, and collaboration spaces and more. Below is a partial list of shared resources:
- Product launch lobby: When your company launches it’s new product, we have built the perfect place to host the celebration event. We designed the space to support media, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Publicize your successes: We will post your company’s exciting news on our digital signage system. Every person that enters The Accelerator will see this information and get to learn about your company!
- Meeting rooms: Five meeting rooms ranging from 5-50 people allow you to host a client, meet a vendor, or have a board meeting
- Shared facilities: Instrumentation, tissue culture, and equipment storage rooms provide additional collaborative research space outside of your laboratory.
- Shared equipment: Including a medical-grade autoclave, -80° C Freezer, in-house nitrogen, DI water, ice, and more.
- Incubated storage: 4° Cold storage room & 37° Warm room

- Coffee: Tech companies run on caffeine, so we outfitted our collaborative spaces with multiple coffee machines
- Exercise: Need a break from the desk? Our fully-furnished locker rooms allow you to change and shower after your work out. Or feel free to use our driving ranges (we are sitting on USM's former golf course, so we thought our business leaders would appreciate the homage). Our companies are welcome to use them anytime they wish.
- Shared grill: allows companies to host events or cook dinner when working late.
